assets that OPNET needs to protect. Names and logos identifying
products of OPNET are registered trademarks or trademarks of OPNET.
OPNET's trademarks may be used publicly with permission only from
OPNET.
GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR USING OPNET TRADEMARKS:
- Trademarks are identified
using the appropriate symbols- ® or
TM. ® means registered trademark or service mark and TM means
trademark ownership has been claimed. For Example: OPNET®
- Give
proper attribution when using trademarks. For Example: Notice

are either registered trademarks or trademarks of OPNET Technologies,
Inc. in the United States and/or other countries."
- Third party
names, trademarks, service marks or product names may not be used
with an OPNET trademark on packaging, disk labels, advertisements,
etc., unless authorized in writing by OPNET Technologies, Inc.
- OPNET
Technologies, Inc.'s logo may not be on a third party's packaging,
unless authorized in writing by OPNET Technologies, Inc.
- Do not imitate
OPNET Technologies, Inc.'s packaging and prominently display a
third party name.
- Do not combine an OPNET Technologies, Inc.'s trademarks
or product names with a third party's trademarks or product names.
A consumer may be confused about the source of a product if OPNET's
trademarks are combined with the trademarks or product names of
a third party.
- Do not create a product name that includes any OPNET
product name or trademark.
- Do not market a product with a name that
is confusingly similar to an OPNET product name or trademark.
