Approximately 14 Days of labors to remove and replace roof with 30 yr asphalt shingles.Products to be purchased by owner.All roofing materials to include 110 bundles of Asphalt shingles ridge cap and  22 rolls of 30# felt..4 12 ft valley metal 1 box roofing nails 24 drip metal.Dumpster and Permits.


We will furnish labor accordance with the above listed specification for the sum of:

 $ 3,800 Labor
 $ 2,900  Materials are subject to change upon removal of existing roof.  
 $ 6,700 

Payments shall be made as follows:     Deposit   $760.00 1st Draw $1,000 after inspection passes 2nd Draw$ 1,000 felt metal in place.3rd Draw roof cover complete signed off final pay.

                                                           




The above mentioned construction project will start on ___/___/_____ and will be completed approximately by ___/___/_____. The completion date is subject to changes in the plan that was approved by the owner and any events and conditions beyond our control.

All of the material is hereby guaranteed to be as specified above. All of the work shall be completed in a workmanlike and professional manner, in accordance with the standard industry practices and manufacturer’s instructions. Any deviation or alteration from the above listed specifications that involves additional costs will only be completed upon the execution of a written change order this will add extra charges and time to complete the above specified project that is above and beyond the estimate. The owner shall carry all required insurance including fire and the general contractor will carry Release of Liability Waiver for all employees. All of the labor is guaranteed against defects for the period of two years from the date of completion.
